The Little Lady dressed herself. She is wearing a Spring skort and t-shirt over her Elmo t-shirt and a pair of Valentine pants. Apparently, I am not the only one waiting for Spring to come. Note the peanut M&M in her hand. I am pretty sure you can find a few bad parenting decisions going on in these photos. See below.
